Use was created in July 2020, by Isabella Serrano architecture student, during the difficult quarantine period as a way to supplement income. The Brazilian accessories brand has as main focus scrunchies and varied forms as ready to sell but also offers the personalisation service. Being able to choose the elastic band thickness and the desired fabric.

The first part of the project was to design an online campaign, a competition or another idea to encourage the target audience to create user generated content involving your brand / product.

– The objective of this campaign is to be able to create a community among customers;

– Initially, only the photos posted by the clients would be shared, but later on you can change them once a month and select the best photos to be published and earn a percentage discount on the pieces.
